The Preiss Company Announces Formation of Private Investor Division

The Preiss Company (“TPCO”), the largest off-campus student housing provider for North Carolina State University, Clemson University, UNC Charlotte, and the University of Texas in Austin, has announced the formation of their Private Investor Division.

Led by Jim Morton and Bo Winn, this new division specializes in working with small to medium investors, which includes investors owning a few rental homes to those holding several hundred apartments.
